This hotel is located right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the downtown area. It's also situated right next to a bustling shopping street, which is great for picking up souvenirs. The rooms on the upper floors are well-designed and have a great bathroom. There's even storage space under the bed for the luggages, which is a nice touch. The breakfast provided was included in the price and was a great way to start the day.
All was perfect, no complaints.

Loved the cozy and clean rooms, and the staff's fluent English added to the comfort. Location was perfect as we were surrounded by cute stores and Nishiki market. It was surprisingly close to Kiyomizudera too, which was a fun walking trip to pass the time. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooftop garden was really cool.
The breakfast could use some improvement, as we missed it one day and the sandwiches were all out when we arrived. It also lacked healthy options.

The staff was helpful and they provided free breakfast and a convenient location. they offered a variety of free events, which was a nice surprise. The rooftop area was also a highlight of our stay, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere.
There were a couple of downsides during our stay. The elevator had an unpleasant odor and it would have been nice to have a water boiler in the room.
